We've helped everyone from amateur runners and kickboxers, to police officers and builders. Pain Assessment & Injury Rehabilitation

We treat a wide variety of injuries using several different techniques. Here are some of the conditions we treat:
muscle strains, ligament sprains, Plantar Fasciitis, shoulder Impingement, neck pain, nerve pain, postural problems, back pain, Sciatica, tennis elbow, muscle stiffness, and much more.

Sports and Remedial Massage

The use of massage has been widely known for hundreds of years. Some of the benefits of getting a regular massage include stress relief and reducing those aches and pains from repetitive activities.
We also provide pre-and post-event treatments for those competing in sports.

Postural Assessment

Posture is a reflection how the body is functioning when in a static position. Our busy lives can cause our body to develop negative patterns, which can limit joint movement and weaken muscles which can cause pain and restriction.
Everything from training for a specific sport, to carrying our kids on one side, it all impacts posture and ultimately, what are bodies are capable of.

Spinal Manipulation

This is a widely used manual therapy technique which can help provide immediate pain relief and restore mobility in common conditions such as lower back and neck pain and headaches.

Joint Mobilisations

This is a form of manual therapy and is a common, and effective treatment for joint restriction, pain and stiffness.
They involve using oscillation movements at the joints and can be used to aid injury recovery and restore optimum joint movement.
